Taking into account the difference in circuit board product process and storage conditions, the printed circuit board should be used in a timely manner (recommended within 24 hours), and it is recommended to pre-dry before use, especially the PI substrate in the flexible circuit board. Plates, if patch welding is required, pre-drying must be performed.

It is recommended to use the chemical immersion tin or immersion silver product within 12 hours after unpacking, otherwise it must be repackaged.

If the effective storage period is exceeded, the user may perform the drying treatment and try it out: if necessary, some performances are re-tested and can still be used after passing the inspection.
Usually, the board is kept for more than 3 months. Before the board is placed on the machine, to avoid the danger of moisture, it takes 2 hours and 150 degrees to bake.

PCB shelf life and storage environment:
A. Good storage conditions: refers to indoor temperature conditions where the temperature is less than 25 degrees, the relative humidity is not more than 65%, and there is temperature control and no corrosive gas.
B. General storage conditions: refers to indoor environmental conditions where the temperature is not higher than 35 degrees, the relative humidity is not more than 75%, and there is no corrosive gas.
